We are big fans of Ervin Munir having reviewed several of his prior releases, but there is always something new to discover when it comes to his music. His latest album, ‘Broken Compass’ has been doing the rounds in the folk scene for a few months now and one of the stand outs is ‘I Can Write a Song’.
This track has a joyous movement with Ervin’s trademark acoustic guitar sound opening the song before moving into a feel-good beat with a rhythm which will have you tapping your foot in little time. There is also a country groove within this track and it is one which will be echoing around your head long after it concludes. The vocals are also delivered with passion by Ervin as he speaks candidly about meeting someone he admires!
